Our team spent last weekend at an industry buying show in Orlando, connecting with vendors, strengthening relationships, and exploring new opportunities for our customers.

It was great spending time with the team at BluBird Industries Inc, one of our newest vendor partners, while also connecting with valued partners like 3M and Induction Innovations, Inc. and meeting new potential partners throughout the event!

One of the highlights was getting a look at BluBird's BluShield HumpBack 3000. That garage-ready pressure washer setup definitely caught our attention—who wouldn't want that in their home garage?

We were still walking the floor while booths were being packed up, making the most of every opportunity to connect, learn, and explore.

A great trip, great conversations, and some exciting connections to bring home with us. 🚚👏

Storage is easy. Flow is hard.

A warehouse full of inventory isn't always a sign that things are working well.

The real test is what happens next.

How quickly can products move? How visible is inventory? How efficiently can orders get out the door?

The best operations understand that storage and flow aren't competing priorities. They're connected.

Too much focus on storage can create bottlenecks. Too much focus on speed without visibility can create its own challenges.

Success comes from maintaining the right balance between the two, and it's a balance we think about every day at Weisser Distributing.

National Paper Airplane Day brought out a level of competition we may not have been prepared for. ✈️

Designs were tested.

Throws were analyzed.

Questionable flight physics occurred.

But after all was said and done…

Congratulations to Matt Elliott for earning the title of Weisser’s Paper Airplane Champion with a winning flight distance of 66 feet! 🏆

Safe to say our team knows how to keep things moving… even when they’re made of paper.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice made possible so many of the freedoms we experience every day, and we’re grateful for those who gave everything in service to others.
