A little progress on this. Each row takes me 30-45 minutes, but an exciting note is that I have reached the whale that is in the main focus of the pattern.
I have been surprisingly monogamous on this, only sidetracking to finish a sweater and make a hat or two

I worked, I ate Indian food, I took my cat cruising, and I worked on my current obsession: a mosaic crochet blanket (first one ever)

My brain can't process the chart so here I am parsing out the written instructions 😂

Hey, it's been awhile.

The last few months have been really hard.
Loss of my brother, a bad breakup.

Planning to start posting here more as I shift out of survival mode and back into living and doing the things I love ✨️

A little progress on this blanket as we roadtrip through Utah.

Yarn: Caron Latte Cakes in Coconut Cream, double stranded (this yarn is labeled a bulky 5 but is actually a dk/3 weight)
