Deadlifts don’t have to start with a barbell. 💪
If you’ve been intimidated by deadlifts or aren’t quite ready to pull from the floor, this beginner-friendly variation is a great way to build confidence, learn the movement pattern, and get stronger.
Remember: the “best” exercise is the one that meets you where you’re at. 🤍 BeginnerStrengthTraining
A lot of people on here know me for Pilates, sculpt, and group fitness…
but my background is actually in strength training, and I’ve been coaching for almost 9 years.
Honestly, a lot of women don’t need to work harder.
They need better structure, better programming, and a plan that actually makes sense for their goals.
That’s a huge part of why I coach the way I do.
Strength training, glute development, physique-focused programming, athletic conditioning, sculpt-based training… all with intention behind it.
And lately, I’ve been getting more questions about 1:1 coaching, so I figured it was finally time to talk about it on here 🤍
If you’re interested in working together, send me a DM with “COACHING.”
Most fitness equipment is designed for mass production first — not necessarily movement quality.
Lately I’ve been testing glute band samples and paying attention to things most people don’t think about:
* tension consistency
* width/form factor
* stability during lateral movement
* how the band actually feels during training
Small details completely change the training experience.
One thing I’ve learned building Sculpt Performance Method is that good coaching and good programming require intentional tools too.
Still refining, testing, and learning — but excited about the direction.
