Our very first Dior’s Dash is coming up October 17, and we’re working hard to make this the start of something special for Wiggles Way.

But we can’t build a community event without the community. 💗

You do NOT have to be a runner. Walk it. Saunter. Bring the kids. Bring your dog. Bring a friend who loves rescue. Come spend the morning with us.

Every registration supports Dior’s Second Chance Medical Fund, helping us say “yes” to animals who need medical care and another chance.

This is our first year. We know it won’t be huge—and that’s okay. We just want to fill that starting line with the people who believe in what we’re building.

🚨 EMERGENCY FOSTER NEEDED FOR MOONLIGHT — TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY 🚨

We need someone to step up for our sweet senior boy tonight.

Moonlight needs a safe place to land for just a few days — tonight through Sunday. That’s it. A weekend. A few nights. A warm bed and someone willing to say, “You can stay with me.”

Moonlight is 10 years old, and we really don’t want this sweet senior worrying about where he’s going to sleep tonight.

If you’ve thought about fostering but can’t make a long-term commitment, this is exactly the kind of moment where you can make a huge difference.

We’ll support you. We’ll help with what you need. We just need a safe place for Moonlight.

Where every tail finds a home.

It hurts. 💔

Five dogs — Rocky, Captain John, Toya, Woody, and Heath — didn’t get the ending they deserved this week.

They were loving. They were adoptable. They were worthy of homes and families and years beyond the walls of a shelter.

And we wish we could save every single one. We really do. But rescue doesn’t start with a pull from a shelter. It starts with having somewhere safe for that animal to go.

We need adopters.
Every Wiggle who finds a home opens space for another animal who needs us.

We need FOSTERS.
This one is huge. We cannot say yes to another dog or cat if we don’t have a safe place for them to land. Even temporary fosters can make a difference.

We need donations.
Food. Vetting. Medications. Surgery. Supplies. Transport. Saving animals costs money, and our ability to help is directly tied to the support we receive.

We want to save more.

We want to be able to say YES when the next urgent plea comes across our screen.

But we cannot do this alone.

So today, we remember Rocky, Captain John, Toya, Woody, and Heath. We honor the animals who never got their second chance by fighting even harder for the ones who still can.

Our first Dior’s Dash is October 17 and we really want our Wiggles people there with us.

This isn’t about putting on some huge race. It’s our first one. We want a fun morning with the people who foster, adopt, donate, share our posts, follow our animals and keep showing up for this little rescue.

Run the 5K. Walk the mile. Saunter. Bring your dog. Bring the kids. Grab a friend. Just come hang out with us.

Axle needs a temporary place to crash — and we need it soon. 🩵

That’s it. We’re looking for someone who can give this goofy guy a safe place to land for a short time.

Never fostered before? That’s okay. We’ll give you the support you need, help you get set up, answer questions and be there along the way. You won’t be doing this alone.

Axle is young, goofy, sweet and sometimes a little extra when there’s a lot going on. Give him a chance to settle in, though, and you get to see the Axle we know and love.

This is a temporary foster ask. You don’t have to make a long-term commitment. You just have to have a little room for Axle right now.

💕 DESTINY UPDATE 💕

Our sweet Destiny had a pretty big day this week. She was spayed, had a lump removed and sent off for biopsy, and is now home resting while we wait for results. She’s also been dealing with some itchy skin, because apparently one thing at a time would be too easy.

But Destiny is recovering in style. 🐄😂 Thanks to some adorable FurRescue Fashions clothes, she can stay covered, comfortable and protected while she heals — while also looking ridiculously cute. Seriously. Look at her.

This is why we exist.

Senior dogs like Destiny can come to us needing a little more. More vet visits. More testing. More medical care. More time. Sometimes surgery. And they deserve every bit of it.

We want to be able to keep saying yes to them.
