The latest Median Household Income for Forest Glen is $127,196.
Up a record 11% from $114,631 in 2022 and 25% higher than
Maryland's state median ($101,652) and 84% higher than the
U.S. median ($69,021).
Average Household income also dramatically increased to $172,984.
The revised Poverty Rate is 2.6% (families) - well below national (11.5%) and state (9.0%) averages.

Construction begins for the historic Forest Glen project.
A total of 4 new single family homes are set to either deliver or start in the next two years with an additional 3 delivered in the last year.
This recent project includes extending an existing sidewalk network and incorporating a small pocket park that showcases the historic nature of the neighborhood.
