May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s an important reminder that healing includes emotions that aren’t always visible.
If you have a spinal cord injury and speak Spanish, join our SCI Support Group for Spanish speakers on Thursday, May 7 at 2:00 PM ET. This session’s topic is “Grief That Others Cannot See.”
Guest speaker Patricia Rivas, LCSW‑C, LICSW, LCSW, with Nurturing Hope Counseling, LLC, will provide psychoeducation on the stages of grief, followed by a supportive space to reflect, ask questions, and share experiences.
🧠 Your mental health matters.
🗓 This group meets every first and third Thursday of the month at 2:00 PM ET.
