A Moon to Admire- Nov 2014 06/02/2015

So sometime in November, while driving home from work, I took notice of a beautiful full moon. Everytime I would head home, I would say to myself "Man I really would like to photography this moon". Finally one night I just deceided I'm going to do it, I'm going to photography the moon. Now this was my FIRST TIME with night time photography and NO FLASH. Just the street lamps and the light from the moon. I took some artistic liberties with the editing, but I think they turned out pretty good. Let me know what you all think and which one is your favorite ones. Oh and share with a friend :)

Ok guys this intern thing is no joke. I barely had time to eat or sleep so you know shooting was a rare occurrence. Fortunately, things are winding down so I've been able to squeeze out some time for my photography. Soooo much to share with you guys. I hope you enjoy. Stay tune and tell a friend.

B&W w/ a Hint of Color 06/15/2014

So last year I did one of my clinical electives in Naija. During that time, I had a chance to visit my home town clinics in Igbere. I had mixed feelings about the things I saw. However, at the end of the visit, I left with feelings of hope and a renewed zeal for my calling in medicine and the changes the Lord is preparing me to lead in global health. I used this series to highlight my feelings during the visit and the reasons why I desire so much to go back and do work in Nigeria. The B&W represent my initial feelings and the Color represents my feelings upon leaving. The final picture was the source of all the "color" you see. Enjoy:)

PS: Currently, I'm working on a project to collect and send various medical supplies and equipment to my home town clinics in Nigeria. If you are interested in donating or getting involved in anyway just inbox me for more information. Thanks in advance :)

Fairmount Park Revisited 06/05/2014

So this week I was looking at some of the old photos I took when I got my first DSLR. Just taking time to reflect on my photo style then and now. This particular set brought back a lot of fond memories. Yes I enjoy taking pictures of people but landscape, both urban and rural, is my all time favorite thing to shoot. These particular photos are my favorite in the set. The photos were taking in 2010 on my walk through Fairmount Park, Philadelphia PA. I reedited them just a touch from the original edits. So for those of you who have seen my "A Day @ the Park" Album you won't notice to much of a difference. Ok Enjoy :)

Bernadette U Chimah, Esq 05/29/2014

Patience N Ekperi

I have known this young lady for over 20yrs. I remember how we talked about what we wanted to be when we grow up and look at us now. It was a great pleasure and honor to take these shots for my best friend. I look forward to seeing her grow professionally and make her unique mark on the law profession. Cheers to you Ms Chimah Esq :)

Patience N Ekperi

My cousin and I decided to head to downtown DC and be tourist. I never been to this particular museum so we checked it out. So glad we did. It was amazing to see the craftsmanship and artistry displayed from Mama Africa :) I would strongly recommend a visit if you are in the area.
