[11/17/17]   We had a wonderful time thanking some amazing moms this morning in our Self-Care Group Connection! We know you need to recharge your batteries and be the best YOU possible to meed the unrelenting needs of young children. We hope you had some fun and learned some new things as well!

We are grateful for our community partners for sharing their knowledge around stress reduction, increasing energy, releasing tension, and improving overall health. Thank you to Gloria Saldana from Holistically Healthier You, Rebecca Jaros from Angelbecks Yoga, Audra Werkheiser from Terra Soul Body Works, Jennifer at Bump & Rump Sierra Vista and Reghan Derfus from Cochise County Cooperative Extension.
