This site is run by an Army vet's wife just trying to show her support of MANY good causes out there. Thank for your support!!!

Operating as usual

Custom trainer leash 22”.

[07/22/21]   Wanting to make some paracord beads for lanyards and zipper pulls. How important is the weight to you all? Would lightweight be okay? Or would a weighted bead be better?

The Swanson girls enjoying their bands and zipper pulls!!

Thank you for your purchase Briana!

My goof is your gain! I ordered the wrong size elastic cord and needed to find something to do with it.... so, I made reusable wire wraps/ties. Very strong hold! $1 each, with $0.50 cents each going to Operation Homefront.

Koozie made out of the inner layer of some retired firehouse. I will paint to customize.

Figured I’d try a little something out of a different medium. I still get to mess with fire (pun intended) and sharp tools so I’m happy. Hose donated graciously by Station 365 of the Fry Fire District. All profits from sale of any of these firehouse items I will be selling will be donated back to the Station who gave up the hose. Thanks as always for the support. I will post pictures of the final finished koozie after it’s painted.

Been working hard on a custom bullwhip with custom made handle core. Doing the last belly before the overlay... it’s slowly coming together!!

50 cal windchime is at home hanging proudly! And with that purchase, $35 was sent to Operation Homefront!

50BMG Windchime all done! Video in comments. 😁🇺🇸🇺🇸

Super stoked about these new beads I got for lanyards and such. Made by a Marine and Army veteran. Let me know if you want one!

Part 2 in for the 50 cal wind chime!

Piece #1 in for the 50cal windchime!

[10/06/19]   I just placed an order for some .50 BMG casings to make a windchime...more 'Murica coming in the next week or so!

I’ve had quite a few new likes over the past several weeks (THANK YOU ALL!) So, I figured I’d just give the rundown of why this page exists. I am a veteran’s daughter and a veteran’s wife. I grew up loving this country and the people who serve (whether that was military or civil service).

When my Uncle deployed for his first tour, he sent family and friends, what he called, Bro Bands and the band I received is this page’s profile shot. I immediately emailed my Uncle and said “teach me!” He sent me a DVD with instructions and I just took it from there!

I didn’t want to run a business, I wanted to serve a purpose. So, when I started this page in 2010, I supported the Wounded Warrior Project and made sure at least 75% of the money I received for a project went to the WWP. They made it into the news again a few years ago for not properly using funds (like having board meetings in Cancun). So I did some research and I chose Operation Homefront because they use most of their funds to actually do work and they don’t have a high percentage of “Administrative Costs”.

Now, due to costs for me rising... I have chosen to donate 50% of every sale to Operation Homefront. That doesn’t mean I’m making more...I just take my cost, double it, and that is what you’d pay. When I did it before, I would take my cost and quadruple it then donate 3/4 of it. Previously, it did make for some expensive projects. Whips, for example, would sell for almost $100. Now... $50.

If you have any questions, concerns, or project ideas, don’t hesitate to shoot me a message. I try to be as transparent as possible! And even if I don’t sell anything, this page makes a monthly donation of $25 to Operation Homefront.

Working on some wrapping options for charging cables... more options to come!

Cheesy? For sure! ‘Murica? Hell yes!! Small wind chime made out of polished 30-06 casings. And yes, it does make some noise! Available in a wide variety of calibers and colors!

New job, new band! Also, testing out the adjustable shackle closure. I love it. Looks slick and gives a little wiggle room for size!

And with this, I say goodnight. It’s a super simple water bottle holder. Could also be used to hold a purse in the car, or a visibility light while walking at night.

For the purse: Just wrap the large loop around the purse handles and clip the carabiner to your passenger headrest loop and it’ll keep your purse in place.

Do y’all like stuff that glows?!

Something a little more feminine sized. Available in up to 4 colors. Can do magnetic clasp or buckle.

Got some new hardware in... gonna post some new stuffs soon!

FOOTBALL SEASON IS OFFICIALLY HERE!!! What better way to show your team pride than a band, lanyard, keychain, or even a belt in the team colors?! I can get just about any color your can think of and then some! The cord I buy is all made the USA and the product you get will be made in the USA to help support Operation Homefront.

What teams are you rooting for? I love my ‘Skins and my Hokies!
And if you’ve decided to boycott football, I can always make you something that screams ‘MERICA!

Just under 40 days until these seasons kick-off!!! Show your team pride! Or... if you’ve boycotted the NFL, get some patriotic gear here! Lanyards, belts, bands, keychains, etc. I make it all!

Got some new 95 cord colors. Which is better? Wider or narrow? I definitely would like some honest feedback. Thank you!

Did my first steering wheel wrap today. It took a little longer than expected, but it’s done and she’s happy. Thanks for being my guinea pig JS!

Custom Orders done. Donation made! Thank you all for the support!

When the adorable kiddo asks for a bracelet... you make a bracelet and you let her pick the colors.

Higher contrast version of the stitched switchback strap.

Working on stuff while the oldest kiddo has the flu...

Stitched Switchback bracelet. Great for representation of any of the Thin Lines, Awareness Ribbons, or even team colors.

Stitched Solomon’s Dragon

Working on some new stuff. This one is called “Dragon Tamer”. There are lots of different Dragon weaves, so I will likely be trying them all!

Did some custom orders this week. And I’ll be doing my first steering wheel wrap this week. It’s already been paid so the donation is being made! Thank you to ET, JS, SS, and JK for you support and orders! $40 donated!

Another order in, which means another donation for Operation Homefront!!

New keychain. That’s a 45 round that was drilled out for me to use. Cost for these will be $10 shipped with $5 going to Operation Homefront. I plan on adding other calibers soon.
