We offer you to get acquainted with our technologies such as the AVS - electromagnetic vortex layer units.
The AVS is applied to intensify the process of wastewater treatment, sewage water treatment, water purification, and disinfection. One of the directions where you can use AVS is manure treatment.
The electromagnetic vortex layer system can be used on a small or big farm.
The manure processing provides:
1. Neutralization of manure. 2. Separation of water and solid fraction. 3. Solid manure fraction is stored on solid manure pad for drying and subsequent use as a fertilizer. 4. Draining of purified water into a receiving pit for organic irrigation. 5. Reduction of transportation costs. The line is equipped in accordance with the farm size and a minimum of pipelines. The equipment can be transported and used anywhere. The equipment is selected and adjusted accordingly.
AVS has an important feature - they are easy to integrate into existing technological lines. At the same time, it is possible to significantly increase the productivity and quality of production, without changing either technology or equipment. The scheme of the technological line is shown in Fig. 1
