Our Story
The Vickie Roberson Theatre Established in 1999, is a privately owned theatre company whose mission is to provide quality cultural entertainment and educational programs that meets the needs of the community. The Vickie Roberson Theatre offers both performances and instruction, and our programming reflects the diversity of the community. We are a clearing house for the arts in Northwest Louisiana and offer a mutli-disciplined arts program for children and adults. Our first performance was performed in the J. S. Clark Middle School Auditorium in 1999. Our theatre has been at this permanent location for 12 years.
The Theater is also available for rental to community and corporate groups. Our open floor plan and full size stage are ideally suited for your next talent show, meeting, music concert, or theatre production. This intimate theater setting comfortably seats up to 300 people and can be converted to dinner theatre. Our Board of Directors is comprised of business leaders, entertainment leaders, and performing arts advocates who share a common passion for theatre and a commitment to the community.
