Fiber Fanatics will be meeting tonight at Whole Foods between 6 and 8.

Eye bracelet with two matching borosilicate beads and other Czech glass, ceramic, and seed beads. Fits 6-7.5” wrist.

Mermaid dangle waves bracelet. Fits 6-6.5” wrist. The mermaid charm is from Green Girl Studios; it says, “Love bravely” on the back.

Sunflower bracelet. Fits 6” wrist.

Bracelet fits 6.5-7” wrist.

The craft group will be meeting at Great Raft tomorrow night from 6 to 8ish.

Little Red Riding Hood bracelet - fits my left 6.5” wrist comfortably. More measurements when it isn’t … 2 am. I was having fun ☺️

Gelli printing yesterday with Regan and her mom. I also did two T shirts using acrylic paint pens to finish designs initially made with Sharpie markers and alcohol.

These are the Gelli prints I made tonight at the meeting of our craft group. I had not done this for several years so I have been watching videos and taking notes. My friend Regan helped me a lot.

Crafting groups this week:

Fiber Fanatics meet from 6 to 8 at Whole Foods in Shreveport tonight, 24 September. Mostly knitting and crochet but there may be drop spindle spinning as well.

Crafters who first met at Great Raft will be there on Tuesday 1 October; some of us are bringing Gelli plates, acrylic paint, stencils, etc. to work on projects and demonstrate for those who have not used them before. Knitting, crochet, painting, and other crafts also welcome.
