A collector of moments.... I would love love love to take your pictures for whatever occasion. I can't wait to meet you!!!
What started out as a hobby has turned into a passion and I can't put my camera down. So whether you are being blessed with a miracle baby or joining your best friend in the ultimate commitment or a senior that wants a different spin on the "senior pictures" and everything in between, please give me the honor of capturing these times in your life. You can email me at [email protected] or call me at (318) 990-1597.

The story of an entrepreneur…
The ebb and flow of walking in between the raindrops and sunbeams of owning a business, running a business, being the business, hustling for that business, marketing for that business, ands list goes on.
Heck, this go for life, too.
Some days your underneath your coat and some days your wearing it… either way, you’re doing a good job.
Remember, the call wouldn’t be so loud if it’s wasn’t yours to answer…
Keep shining, friends just like those fireworks you’ll light today. Happy birthday, America! 🇺🇸

Some of my favorites…
Don’t forget why you started in the first place!

Just wanna say thank you, 318. Thank you for allowing me in. Thank you for seeing my work, my heart, and my mind but mostly my spirit. Thank you for allowing me in your homes to capture your families, in your offices to capture your businesses, and venues to capture the best love stories. The second image is me shooting the original Hauntings that my mom and I got to do together. That was 2012. And the last video is this year, 2025. That’s a really long time for you to be behind me and beside me cheering me on. And there aren’t enough words to show the immense gratitude for every single one of you. Love and all the Light to you and cheers to many more years to come.

One day you’re walking one way and the next, you may be walking another. It’s ok. Three things to remember. One, walk the way that deep rooted Spirit is telling you to go and no one else.
Two, be kind.
Three, always go back to one, it helps to keep unwanted detours, distractions, and delays from you and your purpose.
Oh and four, in the words of my nana, always be dressed and ready for whatever greatness your day may bring.

Love… the good kind. The right kind. The mushy kind. The best friend kind. The appointed kind. The anointed kind. The alignment kind. The imperfect kind. The loyal kind. The respectful kind. The playful kind. The pick me up kind. The lazy morning kind. The balance kind. The kingdom kind.

Impromptu “in between” bride and groom photos never disappoints.
and went in to eat and rest and then decided this was more fun.
Y’all are the best… xoxoxo

Senior sessions are already underway for the 2025-2026 year.
It’s wild how time moves. It doesn’t stop for anything or anyone. One minute, we are teaching them how to walk and talk and then we are sending them off to be adults. One day, all we hear is mama- 657,673 times a day and then it goes to one a day or wvery other day. It’s like we went to sleep and 3 days later, they are out the door. I heard something today. though. She said, I guess we did our job right when we raise children who are ready to go and see the world. Of course, it’s doesn’t help our hearts.
Congratulations to the class of 2026! And MAJOR congratulations to this precious one who is dear to my heart. Her whole family is. Harper, my little Harp you are going to do BIG BIG things. I love your heart. Never ever let your light go out… this world needs it more than you know. Xoxoxo

A little preview of a story I wrote and .porter helped me bring it to life…
“The beat goes on”…. It does whether you want it to or not so why not embrace the rhythm.
Stay tuned.

May the good Lord be with you down every road you roam
And may sunshine and happiness surround you when you’re far from home
And my you grow to be proud, dignified and true
And do unto others as you’d have done to you
Be courageous and be brave
And in my heart you’ll always stay
Forever young…
My mama use to sing this to me and I sang it to my children. Every time, I do a Maturnity session, I sing this song in my head and think back to the past and in the now. And I always say, just do the absolute best you can and know that God will fill in the gaps. Children are such gifts. I remember thinking I’ll never know what that’s like because I was told I wouldn’t have any and then I did. Now, they are all grown up. It moves so quickly. I blinked twelve and half times and just like that, they were big. Kiss them more than not, stay a little longer on the floor, and remember that it won’t be like this forever so cherish every second.

The quiet strength.
… fierce grace.
… brave favor.
… beautiful song.
… hard humble.
… favorable fight.
… deep breath.
… keen eye.
… sweet surrender.
… wild wonder.
… peaceful protest.
… righteous anger.
… tough protection.
… kind peace.
… salty tears.
… the wild pursuit that never ends, with arms wide open, becomes The secret dwelling place under the Shadow. The 99 for the 1. I am undone.

Guess what? 8 weeks until your baby starts their senior year!
We should probably start planning!
