I worked as a flight instructor, and then as a factory Bell and Airbus instructor for Helicopter Institute where I was also a part 141 chief instructor and part 135 chief pilot.
What is your favorite thing about working for Metro?
How they treat their people. Metro from top to bottom has always shown me a "people first" interaction and always backed their pilots decisions in the field.

You already have the skills and experience we need! Choose Metro and skip the extra 4-5 checkrides, oral evals and written tests as well as the frustration of starting over again from the bottom of a huge seniority list. Pick a company that treats you like family, not a number; one that has NEVER furloughed and offers amazing benefits like zero health care premiums for you and an industry leading training program. Your skills matter far more here.
