i’m really excited to share that i’m partnering with @opalrootsspecialevents and a private chef @chefkaiaceline for the empowered connections retreat. a women’s getaway tucked into the quiet beauty of sequim, washington. a place that naturally invites you to slow down, soften, and come back to yourself. this experience is about what happens when women step away from the noise of everyday life and spend intentional time together. when conversations deepen, laughter comes easier, and rest is no longer something you have to justify. there’s a quiet kind of transformation that happens when you’re seen, nourished, and given space to move at your own pace. you’ll be supported with thoughtfully prepared, nourishing meals, guided breathwork, sound healing, and journaling designed to spark meaningful conversations and clarify what you’re navigating in this season of life. there will be opportunities for private reiki and massage sessions, time in the hot tub, cozy shared spaces, crafting, mixing, creating, games and entertainment, and free time moments to trust your own rhythm to rest, reflect, or do exactly what feels right for you. this retreat is for the woman who feels burnt out, in transition, or craving real connection. for anyone ready to rest, reflect, and reconnect without pressure to be anything other than herself. 🥀 Feb 26th - March 1st 🥀 an intimate gathering for 8 women, with only 5 spots remaining DM me or @opalrootsspecialevents to reserve your spot or ask any questions 🤍 we can’t wait to catch a vibe with you. 💋

We are rustling up a new retreat for 2026! Stay tuned for date and a location here in the Puget Sound area! We’re creating an awesome long weekend that focuses on connection, relaxation, creativity, nourishment and nature. Details will be included in our official announcement.

Ideas are sprouting even in the season of harvest-our pine tree is “generous” to say the least 😆 so I’ve done some research and changed my mindset-I now have free crafting supplies to keep my mind and my hands busy on this rainy day

So much hard work has gone into preparing for this weekend. I’m looking forward to sharing it with everyone who’s registered! My cohorts have been cooking up yoga flows, guided circle discussions and nourishing meal plans for a relaxing weekend in the trees overlooking the Sedro Woolley valley.
