They also believed in a continual improvement of the land for future generations. Now under the direction of Steve and Maggie Gorman, the farm continues to flourish with the same principals of sustainability and environmental stewardship. Today is Ashton Lazorick’s last day for the summer as she’s heading back to college. Not to worry she’ll be back during breaks and next summer. This young lady is studying Agricultural Marketing at WVU. She is hardworking, responsible and goal oriented. Our Story
The Harmony Hill Farm was established in 1975 by Stephen and Virginia Gorman. It was their goal to produce livestock of the highest quality in a sustainable manner. We are proud of our agricultural heritage and are now in our fourth generation. We believe there is no better of a calling than that of feeding our fellow man.
Our farm produces Black Angus beef cattle, Katahdin Dorper cross sheep, Heritage pork and Pasture raised Poultry. The primary diet of all of our livestock is pasture. By operating this way, we are able to remain hormone and antibiotic free. We feel that we would not want to feed anyone else what we would not feed our own family. We are located in Shenandoah Junction WV. Please feel free to send us a message if you are interested in purchasing our livestock or even taking a tour of our farm.
