Working with The Dispensary has been great. We met a lot of great people who support veteran issues wholeheartedly. We are very thankful for their support and friendship.
EXPLORE - CONNECT - EMPOWER
Come, talk to a professional without getting transferred to another department?
It all happens tomorrow at MORAINE PARK TECHNICAL COLLEGE.
It's your chance to EXPLORE local resources, CONNECT with organizations, and EMPOWER those around you.
Here is a great stop to make while trick or treating!
Our friends at the Sheboygan County Veterans Service Office are inviting all Sheboygan County Veterans and their families to join them at VFW Post 9156 to learn about Veteran Benefits. This is a free event and will include some local businesses and organizations who offer services to veterans. If you have questions about veteran benefits, don't miss this event. We plan to be there!
Very thankful for these guys. Their generosity and desire to help out in the community is so great to see.
Got some shooting in this morning. Uncle J Custom Boats LLP got us to a great spot!
We had the pleasure of taking SSgt Carson Ostermann on a duck and goose hunt this weekend through our Mission2Thrive program. SSGT Ostermann joins us from USMC MCAS Yuma, Arizona, VMFA-214 "Black Sheep". His father Tim Ostermann is a MAY Foundation volunteer for the Great Outdoors Path and joined us as well! Geese weren't cooperating for us but we did bring in a duck for him. Everyone had a great time and we are looking forward to bringing out our next participant soon!
Thank you to Dive Bomb Industries for helping us out with the Hyvert Blind, silhouette decoys and decoy bag! They are great and everyone loved the blind.
Congratulations to Nicholas for completing Marine Corps boot camp!
Nicholas is posing with his brother James in San Diego at his graduation ceremony. James was able to attend along with the rest of his family because of the thoughtful community that helped get them there. From our request for help a few months back, we were able to provide travel and boarding for the family to be with Nicholas on this special day. We have such a great community! Special thank you to Patriot Riders of America WI Chapter 2 and Marine Corps League 1446 for helping to get this done.
We still have some spots available for duck and goose hunts this year! Free for Veterans, Active Duty, and First Responders. Go to mayfoundationcares.org to sign up for the Mission2Thrive Great Outdoors Path!
