Genetics, bad habits, and a love for food led me to a body I wasn't comfortable in, and depression that contributed to my starting weight of 260 pounds. In January 2015 what began as a reduction in portions and a walk at lunch break, I began devouring information about food and nutrition. This coming January makes it the 7 year anniversary of my weightloss. Time has flown, and I still struggle but damn, I've come a long way! Now I just need to s**t money so I can get the mommy makeover surgery by my 10 year anniversary.

Today is Beginning of Day 15. Ive struggled a little with temptation the last few days, due to a lack of keto friendly options in the house. Gotta get to the store for some more good stuff.

Im also coming up on a my cycle. If that is TMI, better get over it. A woman's hormones are a key factor in weight loss. And the fluctuations you experience during that time, are completely normal.

My plan? Stick to the macros, keep doing well and not weigh in, until its over. Can't even let those false numbers sabotage my motivation.

Our bodies are Canvases. Art in the making. Allow time for the creative process.

We are a hot mess. Hendrix is suffering a virus, which caused a bout of pink eye, and double ear infection. His big brother Dreyson, goes to 2 schools and he gets a lot of exposure :( Today is another day that I'm thankful for the energy my BPC gives me each morning. Send healing thoughts, prayers, and vibes this way please.

I can NOT wait to try this on Sunday, to see if my kids are fooled, by yet another Keto version of their favorite breakfast dish :)

What is your favorite breakfast, that I can help you turn into a Keto Friendly dish? Some thing you think you can't give up?

Pancakes are definitely a hit in many households, but they are full of carbs and refined sugars. Both of which our bodies were NOT meant to burn for energy.

Be a fat burner....not a sugar burner!
