MT Plate

I call this, "Refrigerator Stew". Using what I have on hand as I prep to leave for Minnesota on Satirday. It has baby belle mushrooms, jalapeños, green beans, onion and garlic powder, chicken bouillon base, aitalian seasoning, diced canned tomatoes amd butter with a pack of Uncle Ben's Jasmine rice. Hotel l8v8ng need not be bland!!

Chicken Lolipops...my signature rub smoked and 'cued with a final slather of Hoison-Apricot-Garlic. The end was beyond words. This will be at our next family gathering!!
