No deal comes without it’s fair share of hurdles. First off, the client was shopping around for the absolute rate and would not take anything less. The property had title issues that delayed the process, the appraisal came back lower than expected, and right when we’re supposed to close one of the borrowers leaves on vacation. With all that being said, WE CLOSED!!! 🥵🥵🥵 LEVANTUS IS HERE FOR ALL YOUR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT NEEDS!!!
