A gallon of milk can become so much more! For thousands of years, people have cultured dairy to preserve nutrients, improve digestibility, and create delicious foods that support overall wellness. Yogurt and milk kefir are among the easiest fermented foods to make at home—and once you learn the process, you’ll never look at a carton of milk the same way.
In our upcoming workshop, Cultured Dairy: Yogurt, Milk Kefir & Fruit Compote, Willow from will walk through the techniques, cultures, and equipment needed to confidently make yogurt, milk kefir, and fruit compote in your own kitchen. You’ll leave with a jar of each and all the skills you need to continue your new favorite hobby at home!

Microgreens are one of the easiest ways to start small-space gardening. They grow indoors, are packed with nutrients, and are ready in as little as 7–14 days.
We are thrilled to host for a hands-on workshop this weekend, where you’ll learn how to grow your own microgreens at home, enjoy a tasting and recipes with these tasty little guys, and head home with an Immunity Kit to keep growing.

Our Summer Crochet Crop (or Not) Top Workshop with Jen Jones of .of.wool is all about creating a piece that works for you…cropped (or full length), easy to wear and endlessly customizable.
Jen is a thoughtful, encouraging teacher, and this class is a great way to learn about simple construction something you’ll actually want to wear all summer long. Please note that this is best suited for intermediate crocheters (or ambitious beginners). You should be comfortable with chain stitch, half double crochet, treble crochet and slip stitch.
