Profesora Hurtado's Spanish for Spanish Speakers class demonstrated their knowledge with a final group project. They chose a Spanish speaking country to study and designed a restaurant concept from scratch honoring their country's culture and cuisine. ¡Bravo!

Out of hundreds of submissions, the Analy High School Marching Band is one of four finalists for the band who will be selected to play the national anthem for the KRON4 Fourth of July Fireworks Show. The winning band will be determined by public vote. The other three finalists are from far larger cities in the East Bay. Currently our little hometown band is running in fourth place.
