An honor to host Founder, James Fox and Prison Yoga Project at the studio next week! We hope you can join us for an evening of community, conversation and a special practice. 100% of all donations from the event go to this special organization bringing healing into prisons.

Shifting prison culture from punishment to healing by addressing the root conditions behind people’s incarceration: trauma, emotional dysregulation, and disconnection.
