The View Ridge Community Council (VRCC) is one of the oldest active neighborhood organizations in the Seattle area. NE on the West, NE 65th St. on the North.
It had its beginnings during the 1930’s andwas incorporated in 1940. It was formedto create a sense of belonging and security for a fledgling community and hasgrown over the years to an organization of over 1800 residents addressing anyand all needs of the community. The area currently covered by theVRCC consists of the households situated between Sand Point Way on the East, 40thAve. on the South and NE 75thSt. It also includes thearea known as Aviation Heights.

Our first meeting of 2026 is now going to be on Saturday, February 28th at 10am.

We will continue to expand and develop our new 'interest committees' with our neighbors.
