One of North Seattle's newest authors will join some very accomplished ones at the reading podium on Saturday. Be sure to be in the room at 3:45 to hear Elana tell the story of gods and goddesses battling over a contest to create the best dessert. Whipped up in a BFI workshop, the story was so tasty it got gobbled up by a magazine -- a great start for a new author.
