I am grateful beyond words for the kind messages and comments you've shared with me, and I do have a favor to ask. While I will spend plenty of moments alone in my room in anguish, please let me grieve in the ways I choose. I have many times in the past denied myself joy and isolated during times of high stress or emotional pain, but I don't want to be this way anymore. The thing that makes me happiest is making people smile/laugh, so when I have the opportunity I'm going to keep doing that when I can. I've already received a disgusting amount of hate for sharing this moment at all, and I'm sure there's more to come, but I do ask the people that care to support me in keeping some semblance of normalcy as I navigate these complicated emotions.
