Christina Looney is a Pacific Northwest-grown painter who lives in Arlington, WA. Christina paints in her home office studio and plein air paints wherever she can. The furthest from home she’s plein air painted has been on the deck of a tree hut in New Zealand, overlooking a rain forest. Christina is a self-taught watercolor artist who began painting in 2020 and has developed her painting skills through exploration and play. An avid gardener and hiker, Christina takes inspiration from all the wonders nature has to offer.

Natalie Wainwright is a mixed-media collage artist. With beads, paper, fabric, and more, she introduces to each other elements that are unusual and unalike—in their colors, textures, patterns, material, origins—to produce new, different wholes. In a sense, this reflects the artist, who lived all over the U.S. and in Japan, England, the Republic of China, and N. Ireland before settling in Seattle in 2019.

Marty found her creative outlet in card making about 15 years ago. Over that time she has developed her own style and use of various mediums to create a variety of cards from traditional greeting cards to pieces of art that can be framed. She inspired by all things in nature and each card is unique.

When she is not in the studio, she is working full time at a preschool as an assistant Behavioral Therapist! The ceramic studio has become a quiet getaway from everyday life and MK is so excited to share more of her work with the community.
