Turn your unfinished garage into an office or rent it out for passive income. This garage needed insulation, drywall, and trim finish work on the floor and windows. The top beam was covered with cedar fascia boards for a nice finishing touch.

This cedar fence is unique; it features galvanized and powder-coated posts set in concrete. Previously, this home didn't have a fence, so the impact of suddenly having a fence was big. It is especially rewarding to be able to come into a space and make big improvements and increase the quality of life for everyone. Great care was taken on both sides of the fence to provide clean linear hardware installation. Feel free to reach out if you would like something similar.

Post and beam replacement. This project started off needing some fascia boards replaced, but once the fascia boards were removed, the level of wood rot was extensive. The beam and posts were rotted at the connection points and were being held up by the caulking. The fix here was to upgrade the posts and beams to solid 6x6 and 6x8 pressure-treated timber. Phase two of this build will include extending the upper deck with glass panel railing. Feel free to reach out if you need deck repairs or full builds.

Here is a quick dog fence project. The homeowners wanted to have the rear fence rebuilt for their large dogs. The old fence was barely standing and was ready to fall over. I was able to put this cedar fence up in a few days, which was perfect, so the whole family could enjoy the backyard.

This pergola is one of my favorite projects. The transformation of this space is a difference between night and day. The pergola build was the perfect solution to block the blistering hot summer sun and keep the space dry when it rains.
