Kinsella Construction took a Seattle Craftsman home and transformed it into a sleek 21st century home. The work involved a complete structural overhaul, from bare bones to fine finish. Gorgeous Nate Young Cabinets compliment the intricate clean lines of the completed construction.

The transformation that took place in this building is really something. Kinsella overhauled it from a run-down, worn out duplex to sleek, modern and exquisite apartments. They mirror one another, yet have different touches such as the tiling in the bathrooms and kitchens. The floors, walls, all the painting and appliances show a beautiful end result that looks effortless. Everything was demolished and built back from scratch, including electrical, plumbing and heating.The Kinsella crew worked their amazing skills to deliver this breathtaking outcome.

Kinsella transformed this Queen Anne kitchen into a sleek, gorgeous space. The reconfiguration added functionality, the beautiful mahogany cabinets were crafted by Nate Young Cabinets.

A darling 1903 Greenwood house got a makeover. Kinsella painted, installed new doors, new windows, new deck and railing, and finished with a wooden fence.

This little house was a disaster but it had potential. Kinsella Construction designed an improved floor plan and did a total house renovation. The interior has new walls, new bamboo, marmoleum and marble floors; new kitchen cabinets and appliances; new windows; interior and exterior paint, you name it, Kinsella did it. The exterior also has new siding, trim, shingle siding and dental work.The result is a darling, comfortable, light and spacious home.

Kinsella Construction took this plain little house and gave it a makeover. We installed bevel and shingle siding as well as new windows to the N. Beacon Hill residence. We added dental work and trim to give it more dimension, and then we painted. And wow, is it darling now.
