"Long-lasting frozen nutritious food:
Pastries
Bread and baked goods aren’t as nutritious as the aforementioned food items, but they are still far better than chocolate biscuit treats."

"Ways you can cook an egg:
Egg roll/Tamagoyaki
Basically, a Japanese omelette.
It can consists of eggs, milk, carrots, onions, spring onions, salt, and pepper.
Unlike a traditional omelette, you'll be rolling this egg several times instead of just folding it once."

"Signs you’re drinking too much coffee:
Anxiety
Caffeine is known to increase alertness.
It works by blocking the effects of adenosine, a brain chemical that makes you feel tired.
At the same time, it triggers the release of adrenalin, the “fight-or-flight” hormone associated with increased energy.
However, at higher doses, these effects may become more pronounced, leading to anxiety and nervousness."

"Spices you should have in your pantry:
Black peppercorns
This may be the most common spice you have in your kitchen.
These black pearls were once so expensive and valued so highly that these were used as a type of currency in ancient times.
That's no longer the case but the importance of this spice is still high.
Almost any savory dish can be made more delicious with a pinch or a few corns of this earthy spice added to the dish.
In fact, you can even add this spice to a simple dessert to give it another dimension in flavor.
Vanilla and black peppercorn ice cream anyone?"

"Food you can’t eat past the expiration date:
Deli meats
These delectable processed meats are prone to listeria, a bacteria that causes fatal listeriosis.
While most food can live longer in the refrigerator or freezer, listeria thrives in colder environments.
Deli meats that are older than three to five days should be disposed of.
If there's a strange vinegar or ammonia smell, you might even need to throw out your pastrami even before that time frame."

"Not asking and comparing salaries
It’s considered impolite to ask how much an office mate is earning.
Discussing income can cause interpersonal conflicts, and make either one feel jealous or inferior, which can affect your working relationship.
Do not to compare how much you’re earning against your peers because you should realize that what really matters is you’re making more money today than you were last year.
We all have different skills, talents, and opportunities and someone will always be earning less, and earning more than you.
So instead of comparing yourself to others, simply focus on increasing your cash flow year after year."

"Signs you’re drinking too much coffee:
Digestive issues
Many people find that a morning cup of coffee helps get their bowels moving.
Coffee's laxative effect has been attributed to the release of gastrin, a hormone the stomach produces that speeds up activity in the colon.
Decaffeinated coffee has been shown to produce a similar response.
However, caffeine also seems to stimulate bowel movements by increasing peristalsis, the contractions that move food through your digestive tract."

"Spices you should have in your pantry:
Cinnamon
Cinnamon is a highly aromatic spice that many of us associate with desserts.
It comes from the bark of a tree which is why it's usually found in the form of a scroll.
However, there are at least two kinds of commonly used tree bark that is classified as cinnamon: the cassia and ceylon.
The most common kind of cinnamon we have is the cassia variant which has a thicker bark than the tight scrolls of ceylon that many call as ""true cinnamon"".
Whichever kind you use, you can use these as whole sticks or as the powdered kind and add straight into your dish as needed.

"Food you can eat past the expiration date:
Bread
Most food products can actually last longer than the expiration date, which is there as a safety and legal measure.
Bread, for example, when stored properly can last much longer than whatever's indicated in the packaging.
Keep it dry to avoid premature molds and you can even stick it in the refrigerator to extend its shelf life to a few weeks.
The freezer, if you want it even longer."

😀Your smile is the dream of every depressed
😀Your little money is the dream of every debtor
😀Your annoying child is the dream of every infertile"

"Your value depends on the problems you can solve
In the corporate world, those who often get promoted are not the ones who work hard, but those who have shown great ability to solve problems and handle issues that arise in the company.
You may not see your supervisor or manager physically working all the time, but they earn more than you because they are efficient at avoiding, handling, and fixing problems.
And that’s why whenever you’re putting up a business or deciding if you want to pursue a project, the first thing you ask is what problem will it solve for the customer. When you become a solutions provider, the money will follow."

"Foods that lift your mood:
Fermented Foods
Fermented foods, which include kimchi, yogurt, kefir, kombucha, and sauerkraut, may improve gut health and mood. The fermentation process allows live bacteria to thrive in foods that are then able to convert sugars into alcohol and acids. During this process, probiotics are created. These live microorganisms support the growth of healthy bacteria in your gut and may increase serotonin levels.
It’s important to note that not all fermented foods are significant sources of probiotics, such as in the case of beer, some breads, and wine, due to cooking and filtering.
Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that affects many facets of human behavior, such as mood, stress response, appetite, and sexual drive. Up to 90% of your body’s serotonin is produced by your gut microbiome, or the collection of healthy bacteria in your gut. In addition, the gut microbiome plays a role in brain health.
A connection between healthy gut bacteria and lower rates of depression has been shown to exist. Still, more research is needed to understand how probiotics may regulate mood."
