We worked with Urban Fund to develop this houseboat on Portage Bay. We built up from the original logs under the previous houseboat in this location and to everyone's surprise those old logs were still in perfect condition!

We had the amazing experience of building a floating home on Portage bay this last summer. We all showed up with our levels and lasers but a week later they were right back in the garage!

This bathroom had been working hard for many years but was just starting to leak and creak. We updated the plumbing, much of the electrical and rebuilt just about everything else turning it into a clean, beautiful and very practical space.

We dismantled the old and rebuilt the new in about two weeks, not including paint and backsplash. The planning and off site cabinet building added another few weeks before the dust and noise began. A busy and tightly scheduled two weeks it was!

Building a deck with a puget sound view, during daily rain showers, above a lovely garden, with the finest of materials and a fabulous metal fabricator is about as good as it gets for a Seattle capenter.

We had the pleasure of installing this amazing, custom designed, 300 pound, chandlier. It hung down 17' from the SIPS ceiling above the stair well. SIPS roughly translates to 'styrofoam panel', SIPS are strong and light but tough to remodel. In the end I tested the structure to 550 pounds but was still happy to see the chandelier didn't drop 42' to the floor below when weighted.
