Jenkins I can count on one finger the number of times I’ve placed more than 2 syringes in the lips. Beyond this number, the likelihood of a natural look DRASTICALLY decreases.

earle you go girl! Accutane: - a lot of patients are scared of accutane (and they should be, its NOT to be taken lightly as a medication). -when used well, it can transform the oiliest acne prone skin - low doses can control oil production well for perpetually oily skin — DO NOT do a laser on accutane. No lasers or hydrafacials for 6 months after treatment! Your skin is too sensitive for heat based treatment or any vaccum suction. - drop any questions down below!

Gua sha: -can reduce facial puffiness and lymphatic swelling - feels wonderful - vibrations from the gua sha bar in particular places (ie painful TMJ) can modulate pain sendations - none of this is permanent, and there is no vibrating bar or movement that will regenerate all of the layers of your face to keep you looking youthful.

Laser hair removal: -effectivity and aide effect profile are highly dependent on the machines used. - non-caucasian skin tones should avoid IPL and look for YAG or diode based treatments - burns can happen in inexperienced hands. Make sure you are going to an established provider you can trust!

Hayes In the ER, I would be: - assessing your airway for edema to see if there’s a need for intubation to protect your breathing tube - giving you IV benadryl, steroids, And probably IM epi to reduce swelling and systemic reaction - trying to figure out what type of filler you had & pulling up hyaluronidase ASAP 😱
