In this panel, Windermere agents share how they identify and address potential transaction killers before a listing goes live or an offer is written. This conversation focuses on the readiness checks, prep conversations, and systems that help transactions move forward smoothly. It will cover everything from property considerations and upfront red flags to early documentation, expectation setting, and the habits agents rely on to prevent issues that can stall or break a transaction later. Panelists will walk through real-world examples of what they look for early, how they surface concerns proactively, and the steps they take to protect timelines, client confidence, and their own sanity during the busiest part of the season. Attendees will leave with practical insights they can apply immediately to reduce friction, avoid late-stage surprises, and create a smoother, more professional transaction experience.

Todd is hitting the road NEXT WEEK and offering in‑person training focused on tools within the Windermere Suite offering! These 90‑minute sessions are designed to meet agents where they are, with practical, real‑world guidance on the tools they’re using (or want to use) in their day‑to‑day business.
Each session is shaped by the needs of the group and may include training on tools such as Cloze, Homebot, and other solutions within the Windermere Suite, based on what agents are looking for most. The goal is simple: practical guidance, clear takeaways, and ideas agents can put into action right away. Please note: New website training will not be available until late summer/early fall, but Todd is happy to answer questions and help set expectations in the meantime.
Trainings are interactive and conversational, with plenty of space for questions and real examples. Agents are welcome to bring a laptop if they’d like to follow along, but it’s not required. These sessions are designed to be valuable whether you’re hands‑on or just listening and learning.
