Economic opportunities created by legalizing marijuana should be targeted to communities that were ground zero and destroyed by the failed war on drugs.

The Inclusion Committee is a group of men and women from the communities of Martin Luther King Jr. County that have been ground zero and most negatively affected by the failed war on drugs.
