Amazon had a two for one deal on 10gal coolers. I viewed this as a good opportunity to upgrade some equipment. What does this mean you might ask Murphy? It means we have a mashtun that is now large enough to make barley wine! Now all we need is a bourbon barrel to age it in.
Now we wait 9 to 10 months

While transferring Hopsman into is secondary I decided to see how it was going. Have to say this years is going to be something special as the flavor is indescribable.

Nothing like a little explosive decompression to start the morning...
We are in need of empty wine bottles, anyone feel like saving them for us?
So that hibiscus pale ale we made, not to bad. Needs some more age but is still a tasty beer.
Yay our beer is infected
today we brew!
