Even when they do and are successful, women are more likely than men to quit. Psychological research suggests the gender disparity may be, at least in part, the result of a stereotype.

1) Be sure to make sure your info is current on MDITR's GPAC webpage
2) Be persistent in recruiting for Cafe Photonique participants
3) Be sure to fill out your poll regarding the speakers for the 2012 MDITR retreat and submit them to Ariel Marshall ASAP
4) Be on the look out for Shaun Taylor's upcoming questionaire about professional development workshops for the 2012 MDITR retreat
