Good food is certainly worth making.

And growing and preparing your own food doesn’t need to be difficult to do.

Welcome to the Copper Clad Kitchen, where quality meats, ingredients, and fresh grown produce are simply prepared to be enjoyed with loved ones around the table. Here we share how we tend our container garden, the dishes and cocktails we’ve perfected, and the cooking equipment that we use everyday.

Almost let it ripen too long! Gonna make blasted cauliflower or cauliflower steaks with salmon and golden potatoes this week. Mmmm…

Take your egg game to a new level! These are scrambled with lots of butter over low heat. A little over halfway through the cooking process, cream and a dab of dijon are combined in. Eggs are served with planed pecorino and fresh chives. Great for brunch, supper, or nosh after an evening out.
