I first met this beautiful family when the mom & dad/grandma & grandpa were looking to move to be closer to their kids and growing extended family. They had raised their kids in Edmonds but now the kids were grown and gone with families of their own, and most of them living farther north around Marysville/Arlington. We ended up finding them their new home literally just down the street from one of the sets of kids/grandkids, and closer to everyone else! And I got them a great price and a stress-free transaction on the sale of their original family home. Yay!

For their closing gift, I gave them a family photo session by professional photographer Filling The Frame Photography . I was so happy to get to see the outcome! It's just perfect!! I was so honored to play a part of such an important transition in their family's history.

Cutest lil family ever! It was my privilege to help them find their dream home, but they were the ones to be patient and determined. Now they are closer to extended family and are excited about making lots of great memories in their new home! 🥳🏠🥰
