When you lead with kindness and dependability, you become more than a colleague — you become the spark that elevates everyone around you. 🤝
Skills can be hired, but a spirit that builds trust and collaboration? That’s priceless.
Be the teammate who sees possibility where others see problems. Your reputation isn’t built in big moments — it’s shaped in the small, consistent acts of human connection.
Grateful for your support and leadership, Howard. 🙏🏾

Today, on MLK Day, we remember.
Nonviolence is not an easy path.
It may look that way — but don’t be fooled.
Nonviolence demands courage, discipline, and commitment.
It is not passive. It is powerful.
And it is a path everyone can walk.
But it requires solidarity.
It requires nearly all of us.
We cannot leave people out.
Justice is a collective effort.
