We were thinking about not going to Tahoe this year, then there was no snow when we arrived, then it snowed and we got the best snowboarding conditions we’ve had yet! Several feet of snow in a few days, it was incredible. We got the best white out Christmas ever. My favorite place with my favorite travel companions, and best friends ❤️🎄❤️

Every dough, batter, fruit filling, crumble topping, ganache, icing, drizzle, glaze… made from scratch with the best, highest quality, mostly organic ingredients. I don’t skimp on quality or care. And I’m a one woman show here so each and every pastry is made, packaged, and delivered by me. Grateful to do what I love, and serve everyone that loves what I do 🧡

To all the people and places that fuel my business, and my body, 7 days a week, this post is overdue!

I learned how to pull shots and work an espresso machine when I was about 10 years old, never took to drinking coffee much until a few years ago though. Now I LOVE it and look forward to it every morning. Such a simple and lovely daily pleasure.

Maui cafes have grown my business more than I ever imagined! And to all the baristas, that make up about 95% of my social interactions these days 😘 mahalo!
