Ever wonder why we can’t put our phones down? Here’s the science:
Every ping, like, and notification = a dopamine hit (the same brain chemical tied to addiction).
We’re wired for connection, social media hijacks that need, making every scroll feel like social survival.
On average, we consume 74 GB of information a day... no wonder FOMO has us hooked.
The average person checks their phone 144 times daily and nearly half of us admit we feel addicted.
The result? A brain that’s constantly rewired, affecting our sleep, focus, and mood.
Unplugging isn’t just healthy... it’s survival.

Attention Ozempic and Wegovy patients. You need to read this.
Semaglutide, a medication primarily used for treating type 2 diabetes and obesity, has been generally well tolerated by many patients. However, there have been rare reports linking it to non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropthay (NAION). NAION is a condition characterized by sudden vision loss due to decreased blood flow to the optic nerve.

While this adverse effect is not common, it is important for healthcare providers and patients to be aware of this potential risk. If a patient using semaglutide experiences symptoms such as sudden vision changes or loss, they should seek immediate medical attention.

It is crucial to weigh the benefits and risks of any medication and to consult with a healthcare provider before making any changes to treatment.

💡 Did you know there's a surgery that can permanently change your eye color? 👁️ It sounds like something straight out of a sci-fi movie, but it’s a real procedure! The catch? It's not approved by the American Association of Ophthalmology. 🤔

Would you take the risk for a lifelong change in your appearance, or would you skip it due to the potential health concerns? Your eyes are pretty important, after all! 👀
