I met these clients over 10 years ago at an open house. We kept in touch and every other year they discussed selling their home with me. Every time we decided it wasn’t the right time. This past winter, we got together for the 5th or 6th time to go over the market and timing. This time, they were ready. Not because the market was hot for sellers…it was because they are having life changes. Daughter going off to college, starting a new business & wanting some change in lifestyle.

They worked hard removing 23 years of “stuff”, found a rental and moved out so we could do what we do.

The home was deep-cleaned, windows, roof, gutter and dialed in the yard. We brought in our staging team to bring just enough vision so a buyer could see how the space is used & room for their own creativity. Out amazing photographer came did his magic to highlight the property and we hit the market.

The first two weeks were steady, but we needed the right buyer. On day 15 we got an offer and that evening we got a second offer- We sold for full price, closing in 2 weeks with a buyer who adores this home and property.
