The CSUMB Masters of Social Work Student Association

The purpose of this organization is to allow students to form a support system and get involved in student leadership, elections, network with other MSW student groups, and participate in NASW events to advocate for social and economic justice.

The CSUMB Master of Social Work Student Association supports the faculty’s decisions to exercise their rights to strike. As social workers & future social workers it is crucial to understand the underlying reasons and justification behind the strike and how advocacy efforts can bring about policy change.

Social Workers bridge gaps from the private to public sector. This MSW Student Association panel will highlight different career paths and tips to help you succeed.
Each panelist will discuss their journey from being an MSW student to becoming a social worker in their respective fields today.
Join us to learn and network about how social workers make the world a better place.
