When it comes to playing games, eating food, or consuming various other things I feel it is always better with friends and I feel if you have knowledge that can help others you should share it, and pass it on and they can then help another and eventually we can all have half the battle accomplished. I have been big all my life ever since I was 10(140lbs) and was over 570 at my biggest, I lost a ton of weight and got down to 290 in Feb of 2018, but I had a life-threatening sickness and it was a downward spiral for 3 years where I gained it all back. I went from 538 and have been working now for about 2/3 years on getting on good medicine, sleep, diet, and exercise. 453 again

I learned a lot from my mistakes of how I lost weight the first time, and am doing it much differently. downward spiral I spoke of earlier. I am hoping to get into my favorite shorts again which were a bit loose on me at 290. I see myself actually taking it off again and keeping it off due to educating myself greatly on proper diet, sleep, and exercises that actually work for my body. Seeing a nutritionist and dietician has helped me a lot. Hanging around healthy people is a big thing as well, seeking like-minded individuals and not making excuses. We only have 1 life and 1 body. Hopefully, my story and insight can help anyone that is also trying to LOSE IT! So many ppl have helped me get to where I am over the years some have gone but never forgotten and if you are still here know that I am coming to see you soon!
