“A fuzzy goal is easy to delay. A clear goal is easier to act on. So today, take your goal and make it concrete by answering: What exactly will I do—and how will I know I did it?
For example:
Instead of ‘I want to get in shape,’ say: ‘I will take a 20-minute walk five days this week.’
Instead of ‘I want to work on my business,’ say: ‘I will spend 30 minutes a day doing outreach or building my offer.’
Pick one clear target for the week, then do your first 20 minutes today. That’s how you break procrastination—clarity first, action second.”
