Description of Duties:
• Provide full physical assistance with self-care and ADL’s
• Provide Supervision and Companionship
• Daily documentations of services performed, and goals worked on
• Communicating with family and CLE
Job Expectations and Requirement:
• Punctual and reliable
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with transfers and lifting
• Experience in supporting Individuals with Special Needs
• Comfortable with providing full physical assistance with self-care and ADLs.
