This project came with some very tight access challenges due to the large concrete patio surrounding the work area. We started by removing the existing chain link fence, then safely cut down and removed 8 large cedar arborvitaes that were nearly 20 feet tall — all in a very tight location without damaging the house or concrete. After the trees were safely dropped and removed, we completed full stump removal to properly prep the area.

To finish the project off, we installed a beautiful white vinyl privacy fence along with a custom gate section tying into the neighbor’s side to give everything a clean, sleek, and seamless look. Another awesome transformation completed!

I’m a little late posting this, but moments like this are what truly make us love what we do as contractors.

After completing this project, we received this in the mail from the homeowner shortly after. Knowing a customer was happy enough with our work to go out of their way and send something like this means more than most people realize.

This customer’s bathroom was outdated, worn down, and beginning to fall apart. After working closely with the designer to select the perfect materials and layout, we began the full renovation process and uncovered several major in-wall plumbing and structural issues hidden behind the existing finishes.

As part of the remodel, we removed all old black piping and cast iron plumbing, replacing the entire drainage system with new PVC and upgrading the water lines to PEX for long-term reliability and performance. During demolition, we also removed multiple layers of old concrete and wall tile, which actually allowed us to slightly increase the overall bathroom space and improve the layout.

Despite running into unexpected material delays and hidden issues along the way, our team completed this full bathroom transformation in approximately 10 days while maintaining fast, efficient, and high-quality workmanship from start to finish.

This project was a complete transformation designed to improve both accessibility and comfort for the homeowner. The original bathroom was extremely small and difficult for the average person to move around in, especially for someone needing handicap accessibility.

After carefully taking measurements and planning the layout, we were able to create a bump-out into the adjoining room’s closet space, allowing us to install a full walk-in, handicap-accessible shower and completely remodel the bathroom. We also installed a floor drain to help manage any water that may come from wheelchair use, adding extra safety and functionality.

In addition to the bathroom renovation, we upgraded the home with a power-vent hot water tank to better handle the increased water demand from two showers. To finish off the project, we updated most of the first floor with new trim, crown molding, and fresh paint, giving the home a clean, updated look throughout.

Why trade a 3% mortgage for a 7% one? Honestly, that’s just bad math. 📉
