This week, we’re proud to spotlight Ariel DuBois, DPT, PT as our Care Champion of the Week!

Ariel joined the OrthoNY Physical Therapy team in 2019 after relocating from southern New Jersey. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College in 2013. Her background includes five years in outpatient physical therapy, with special interests in working with athletes, vestibular rehabilitation, and concussion care. Ariel also brings advanced training in therapeutic taping, IASTM, spinal manipulation, post-cancer rehabilitation, and Functional Capacity Evaluations. She is passionate about empowering patients through education and individualized exercise programs, helping them build confidence and independence in managing their recovery.

✨ Care Champion of the Week ✨

This week, we’re excited to spotlight Laura Piazza, PA-C as our Care Champion of the Week!

A native of Rochester, New York, Laura graduated summa cm laude from SUNY Geneseo in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Biology. Before starting PA school, she worked in outpatient orthopedic trauma at the University of Rochester. Laura relocated to Albany in 2020 after being accepted into the Albany Medical College Physician Assistant program, where she earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2023. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Laura works alongside Dr. Kaback in both the office and operating room, helping provide outstanding care to patients every day.

When she’s not working, Laura enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the great outdoors, completing jigsaw puzzles, and weightlifting.

This week, we’re proud to spotlight Christopher Wasacz, PA-C as our Care Champion of the Week!

Christopher is a proud Capital Region native, having grown up in Saratoga Springs, New York. He completed his undergraduate studies at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, earning a degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, and went on to receive his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Albany Medical College.

Since joining OrthoNY in 2014, Christopher has been an important part of our care team working alongside Dr. Silver. He sees patients in our Saratoga and Malta offices, helping provide thoughtful, personalized orthopedic care close to home.

Outside of work, Christopher maintains a very active lifestyle and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

At OrthoNY, Vincent provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy care focused on helping patients restore function and confidently return to their daily activities.
