My Lords and Ladies! I did you a disservice. For 2 weeks ago Broken Ranks had its 2nd annual Windy City Waaagh! Tournament and we didnt post a single picture. Personally I blame management. So without further ado, here are the highlights from our fantasic weekend. Once again, I cannot thank Gray Matter Gaming enough for all the support they have given us in making a 50 person GT a reality 2 years in a row now. and to Grognard Games & Hobbies who helped provide prize support. Please help support these business that help gamers come together as a community for good games, good vibes with new friends and old. A final shoutout to Andrew o Reilly and Connor Whitney who ran the event on behalf of the club!

ROUND 2 OF CINDER CHARGE RTT!!!

Round 1 of the Cinder Charge RTT is underway! Thank you to our gracious host Evergreen Social. This is our second RTT there and we are loving having access to great food, drink and awesome vibes. as always big shout out to Gray Matter Gaming whose mats and neoprene terrain markers making running events a breeze.

🌪️ WINDY CITY WAAAGH 2: ATTACK OF THE CHORFS — 3 MONTHS OUT! 🌋

We’re officially three months away from the second Windy City WAAAGH, and we’re already halfway sold out. The forges of Hashut are running red-hot as we crank out the brand-new terrain debuting at this year’s event.

Will you battle at the Helsmiths of Hashut Weapons Depot?
Trudge through the Boggy Swamps?
Stand tall among the Paragons of Legend in the Dwarven Fortress?
Or make some “new friends” in the Dragon Graveyard?

Our goal is to level up every Broken Ranks event, and these upgraded tables are a huge step toward that vision.

And speaking of upgrades…

🍔🍺 Venue Amenities Upgrade!
Alongside the on-site bar, the VFW will also have an open kitchen this time around—so you can grab hot food and drinks without leaving the venue between rounds. No more dashing across town for a sandwich mid-Waaagh.
