My school is having our 2nd annual gala. Last year we raised $15,000 to establish a scholarship fund. This year we are hoping to double that amount.

The little farm on Macon is our hobby, Monday through Friday I am a kindergarten teacher. My school is looking for support. We have many families who simply can’t afford. We are hosting a gift drive so families can shop for their children for the holidays without the expense. We have e put together an Amazon list of what the kids have said they would want for the holidays. Please consider sharing this on your social media… possibly purchasing an item or a few from the list. Feel free to message me.

There is still so much still on the list.

The school I teach in has about 50 families ( approximately 80 kids) this year in need of help to give their children a magical Christmas. We have put together an Amazon wish list of item the students have requested.

We wanted to thank everyone who has supported us this past season.

Unfortunately the weather has gotten colder and the days shorter which means egg production has drastically decreased.

While some people will “force lay” by adding light and heat to the coop to simulate warmer weathe. It is something we don’t do. A lot of energy goes into laying eggs and the period of not laying is crucial in helping hens stay healthy.

We hope to add more hens to our flock for next season and maybe even a new coop 🤞🏻.

We never could of imagined how many people would love our eggs. 💕
